Privacy notice (draft)

Data controller: Acme SA (Switzerland), publisher of the QUDENO brand.

Data processed: email, first and last name, city, phone, roles, bio and CV you enter; the championships you follow; the days you mark free or busy; invitations received and your answers.

Why: to give you your race calendar and, only if you join the network and consent, to let teams using Qudeno find you, see the data you chose to show and invite you to an event.

Who sees it: nobody else until you join the network. In the network teams see name, city, roles, bio, CV and availability; phone and email only if you enable them. The reason for a decline is seen only by the inviting team.

Your rights: edit your data, leave the network (availability is deleted) or delete your account and all data in Settings at any time.

Retention: as long as you keep the account. On deletion the data is erased.
