Terms of use
Version 1.0 · 20 October 2026
Who we are: QUDENO is a trademark of Acme SA, Boulevard Georges Favon 43, 1204 Geneva, Switzerland (“we”). Contact: info@qudeno.com. By using Qudeno you accept these terms and the privacy notice.
The service: Qudeno gives motorsport people a race calendar and the ability to state their availability and be found, invited and confirmed by teams, and gives teams a tool to look for staff and organise events. We are a meeting platform: we are not a party to the relationship between a person and a team, we are nobody's employer, and we do not guarantee that an invitation becomes a job.
Accounts: you must be an adult. The information you enter must be true and up to date. You are responsible for your password and for what happens with your account; if you think someone has accessed it, change it and write to us.
Conduct: no harassment, abuse, discrimination, false data, scams, spam or attempts to bypass security. Your phone and email are visible to a team only after its confirmation and only if you enabled them. Teams use the contacts they receive only to organise the event and to invite you again, in line with the law, and do not pass them to third parties. Ratings must be honest and concern only the work done. Every person and every team can report or block another party; we may suspend or close an account that breaks these rules, giving the reason where possible.
Indicative rates: amounts shown in invitations, requests and price lists are indicative and bind nobody. The financial agreement, the contract and tax and insurance obligations remain between the person and the team.
Personal subscription: receiving invitations and answering requests is free. When you accept your first invitation your subscription starts with a free trial period (currently 6 months); you pay nothing during the trial. Before the trial ends we tell you the price, the term and the date of the first charge. We charge nothing unless you add a payment method and explicitly confirm the subscription. If you do not confirm it, when the trial ends you cannot accept new invitations; you can still decline them, use the calendar and delete your account.
Team Network module: for teams the Network (staff search, invitations, requests, ratings) is an optional paid module with a 30-day trial, activated by us on your team. Price, term and invoicing are stated before purchase and are those of the accepted offer. When the trial ends, or if the module is switched off, the team can no longer use the Network; data is kept as described in the privacy notice.
Payments, cancellation and refunds: payments are handled by an external provider (Stripe) and, in the apps, by Apple or Google where the stores require it. Prices include or exclude taxes as shown at purchase. You may cancel at any time in the settings or by writing to us: the subscription stays active until the end of the period already paid and does not renew. Within 14 days of a charge you may ask for a full refund by writing to info@qudeno.com; after that we do not refund the period already started, except where the law requires it. If the purchase goes through Apple or Google, refunds are requested from them under their rules. If a payment fails we notify you and may suspend the subscription after reasonable notice.
Availability and changes: we do our best to keep the service available but cannot guarantee it is free of interruptions or errors. We may change features, prices or these terms; we give adequate notice (at least 30 days for prices) and a price change does not apply to a period already paid. If you disagree you may cancel before it applies.
Liability: to the extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect damages, loss of jobs or earnings, or for what happens between persons and teams; our total liability towards you for a paid service is limited to what you paid in the previous 12 months. Rights that the law does not allow to be limited, including consumer rights, remain unaffected.
Data and deletion: you can leave the network or delete your account and all your data in Settings at any time. Data a team has already received after a confirmation stays with the team, an independent controller, as described in the privacy notice.
Law and venue: Swiss law applies; the courts of Geneva have jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence.
